Location, location and location. It is right at the heart of everything for tourist. Breakfast spread and quality is amazing. Special mention of Mr Asif who went out of the way and served us some delicious Indian chai and rice Whole staff in Restaurant was very very cooperative

Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast offered a good selection. Location was great and although in a central location, the room was quiet overnight.

The location was perfect; very close to the office where I was working, but also close by the highlights of Amsterdam. The room was always very clean & the staff were very kind. The looks of the hotel are very chique and beautiful.

The check-in experience is superb, you're offered a drink straight away by the very friendly and competent staff. The hotel is beautifully laid out with a really well run bar in the lobby which is a great place for a night cap after a long day at work. The gym is tight but has everything you need for a morning workout. The rooms are small but cozy, the beds are super comfortable and in certain rooms you also get a Marshall speaker which is a nice add on. The connection with public transport is superb (Leidseplein or Museumplein).
